The app
There is nothing to download — AnecNote runs in your browser. Open dashboard.anecnote.ai on a computer and sign in; the dashboard is built for a full-size screen, not a phone.
Open the app, create your account, then choose “Add a class” and paste your student list or upload a CSV. It takes about a minute.
Your account keeps your class lists and records safe across reinstalls and new devices, and syncs your phone with the dashboard.
Check that microphone access is allowed for anecNote in your phone settings. If it still fails, restart the app and try again, or email us a short video of what's happening and we'll help.
Yes. Use the defaults, your board's standards, or your own categories, set per class.
Yes. You can type records straight into the dashboard, though voice capture in the moment is faster.
The app asks for three things:
- Microphone. to turn what you say into a draft record.
- Notifications. to remind you which students still need an observation.
- Camera (optional). to attach photos of student work to a record. You can decline and still use everything else.
Plans & billing
One class of up to 10 students is free forever. Growth is $8.99 a month for 60 students across two classes, plus the dashboard.
Yes. Volume pricing, shared standards and a data processing agreement are available. See the schools page.
Check your spam folder first. If there's nothing there, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Contact us as soon as possible at support@anecnote.ai. You can switch plans at any time from your account, and changes are prorated.
Yes. Email us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full. If something went wrong on our end, get in touch and we'll make it right.
